Y.O.U. is a nonprofit organization Where Youth Succeed. As a positive youth development agency, we have adapted to meet the emerging needs of youth for over 35 years. In an area where a large socio-economic disparity exists, our vision is that all youth have the skills and opportunity to participate in the community.

We do this by providing services in three areas: academic enrichment, social development, and emotional support. Our results demonstrate a positive impact on over 400 children a year.
